Each tree included on the approved tree options list has been carefully selected by a Landscape Architect to complement the community’s Architectural Guidelines, enhancing your home’s appearance, scale, and overall streetscape.

How to Get Your Tree
Choose your tree, select from the approved species listed above. It is recommended to call ahead to confirm availability. If you require expert guideance Classic Gardens will assit you.
Call, email, or visit Classic Gardens to confirm availability and arrange your tree. (See below for contact details).
Plan for pickup or delivery. Coordinate directly with Classic Gardens for pickup or delivery details. (Delivery costs are the responsiblity of the home owner.)

Planting Instructions
Trees are for front yard planting only and fullfill the tree requuirement in the Architectural Guidelines.
Installation is the homeowner’s responsibility. You may install the tree yourself or hire a landscaper. Classic Gardens offers installation services for an additional cost.
After receiving your tree, follow the planting instructions provided by Classic Gardens.
Ensure proper hole size, soil composition, fertilizer, staking and a watering schedule. Following these steps is essential to ensure the health and longevity of your tree.
Costs & Warranty
The tree (noted standard sizes and species as outline above) is provided at no cost to the homeowner by Melcor Developments. If you choose a larger tree, you will be responsible for the additional cost (including GST). Any additional costs must be paid direclty to Classic Gardens at the time of tree selection.
Installation and delivery are not included and are the responsiblity of the homeowner.
Trees are covered under Classic Gardens’ standard warranty. A copy will provided to you at the time of tree selection.
Additional Notes
Classic Gardens tracks tree selections by lot. The tree program coordination is managed with Melcor.
If your preferred tree is not in stock, Classic Gardens can often order additional inventory, as they receive shipments regularly. Alternate options may be offered at the discreation of Classic Gardens.
